I finally tried Lunesta last night and I slept like a baby. Its been a long time since I had that kind of relaxing and healthy sleep. Sleeping is enjoyable again.

PS3 or Xbox 360?
That a tough choice but for me PS3 has better exclusive games like Metal Gear Solid 4, Motor Storm, Devil May Cry, Tekken, The Getaway, Grand Theft Auto 4, Killzone and maybe Resident Evil. Xbox 360 has superior graphics so thats a big factor to consider.

I have considered taking sleeping pills and sleeping vitamins but because of the fear of becoming dependent on them for sleep I havent tried them. Although Ive been reading that Lunesta, Ambien and Somnigen are guaranteed safe and recommended by doctors. Then if thats the case, I will try them out and hopefully I can get rid of my insomnia and finally have a deep and healthy good night sleep.

Im looking at the PS3 controller and it looks so cool! Its so ergonomically designed. It kindda reminds me of a metallic boomerang though. Xbox NBA2K6 has better reviews than NBA Live 2006. Im planning to shift to Xbox - if only they have a PS2-like controller compatible for the Xbox console. With the same button layout and controller settings. That would be sweet.

I miss playing with my PS2. I havent played NBA Live 2006 for over a month now. Thats like a record for me eversince I started playing the NBA Live series way back since NBA Live 95. Im seriously thinking of switching to Xbox 360 though, but the thing is, it has a weird controller. I think it's not as intuitive as the PS2 controller plus it's bulky. I havent tried playing GTA using Xbox, I wonder how it would be like and hooked up to an HDTV?... that would be a great setup right there.

Jane bought a new pair of Thorlo socks and she loves them so much. She's never, ever going to take them off! But when her wonderful cashmere socks start to get smelly, she still refuses to take them off and have them washed. Damn. You dont even have to take Lunesta or Ambien sleeping pills to doze off. That socks will do the trick!

I used to read that sleeping pills don't give one "healthy sleep" and so don't really solve the problem, but I don't think that applies any more to new sleep vitamins.

You can find sleeping pills that will let you get some quality and natural sleep, better yet try Ambien, Lunesta or Somnigen or the new sleeping pill from Jema Pharmaceuticals. It will leave you feeling refreshed in the morning and the next day.

I just don't know. Consult a doctor about your sleeping pill questions. Ambien and Lunesta are very powerful prescription sleep aids. Some people would write sleep aide. I prefer aid to aide.
